Job Title / Designation:  Business Development Executives

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the entire gamut of lead management, sales and business development for the region.
  • Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build Nestopia as a flagship brand for design Services in the respective region.
  • Responsible service delivery ensuring client retention and reference.

 

 

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

 

  • Provide the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
  • Will be responsible for achieving targets in the designated areas.
  • Developing and maintaining of database & regular reporting & follow-ups.
  • Should have knowledge of MS office (word and excel) and should know how to use Internet.

            Specific Skill Set:

  • Right Work Attitude.
  • High Degree of Business Development Orientation.
  • Sales & Business Development.
  • Lead Generation & follow up with customers.
  • Business Acumen good conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, local language will be of an advantage.

                                                                                                                        

 

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required:

  • Experience- minimum 1 year of Experience in FOS Sales. Good MBA freshers can be considered.
  • Candidates with experience in real estate industry will be preferred.
  • Candidates from top 10 colleges in the city will be preferred.
  • Candidates from financial companies like ICICI, TATA AIG, Birla Sunlife, Bajaj Alliance, ICICI Lombard, etc, who have experience into sales and marketing can be considered.
  • Extensive knowledge into sales and marketing is a must.
  • Required Skills - Good communication, self-motivated, presentable and good negotiation skill.
  • Candidates MUST have own conveyance.
  • Candidate must be willing to join no later than 2 weeks from offer letter dispatch.

 

Annual CTC: Rs 1, 80,000 - 2, 50, 00 per annum
