Job Title / Designation:  Sales Executive or Sales Manager

 

The Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying and selling commercial interiors (floor covering / carpet) and design solutions to existing and new clients as well as working as a key account manager to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners. The critical purpose of the role is to meet and exceed pre-agreed sales targets. We are looking at multiple positions to cater to Architects & interiors Designers, Facility Managers, fit outs specialists , End users etc…  Our targeted customers would be IT, ITES, Factories, builders, fit out contractors, corporate houses to name a few.  

Job Description:  

 

  • Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans. Sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to.
  • Establishing market penetration in commercial Interiors, generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
  • Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
  • Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met. Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

  • Establishing market penetration in commercial Interiors, generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
  • The ideal candidate will ideally should  have a minimum of 1- 3 years fit-out interior project sales experience, preferably in the interior sector i.e Selling of Carpets , Entry mats, Wall paper , Graphics , Chairs , Modular furniture etc…  Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealing with Architects, Interior designers and clients.
  • Ideally, this individual could be an sales executive of interiors finishes, an Interior Designer turned sales executive, or existing sales executive by education and profession who has the desire to market interiors finishes / flooring solutions and manage client relationships in the designated sector.
  • Candidates with exposure to facility managers and selling floor cleaning / maintenance products will also be considered for specific profile.
  • Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in Bangalore and south based clients is a real plus. 
  • Strong sales training within employer of choice environments will be highly regarded.
  • Candidate with Two –Wheeler and driving license is necessary.

 

       Specific Skill Set: Good Negotiation skills, well known to MS excel, Effective in building business network relationships.

 

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in sales industry

Annual CTC:  2 lacs to 3.5 Lacs

Location(s) of Job: Bangalore

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate or Post Graduate

Work Timings: 9:00 am to 06:00pm

 

Travel & Allowance: Included in CTC.
