Call & Control Centre Executive

Call Centre Executive:
- Required to pick up and solve customer quarries & problems
- Would have to guide and customers on usage of the applications and educate when required on the features of the application on the phone.
- Should be able to screen share and guide them there too.
- They need to track the running of all the trucks
- They are required to take decisions in case of any mishaps
- They need to talk to the driver to guide & support them
- They will have to plan trucking route in rare case if required.
They need to be able to locate an address on google maps and record details required.
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: Should be able to talk, handle, plan & control emergency situations.
Should be good at problem solving.
Specific Skill Set: Great convincing power, Learner, speaking effectively, Listening Attentively, providing appropriate feedback, perceiving non-verbal messages. Identifying problems, Gathering information, solving problems.
