Job Title / Designation: Customer Support Executive

 

  • Maintaining monthly sales reports and MIS.

 

  • Coordinate customer query, order confirmation and fulfilment with vendors through telephone and mail.

 

  • Should be able to coordinate and ensure smooth working of teams across various locations. Ensuring quality and positive customer experience through smooth operations

 

  • Coordination with product, marketing, sales and other support departments.

 

  • Involvement into improvising and providing ideas to increase efficiency in processes and deliverables.

 

  • Preparing Reports

 

  • Coordinating with the operations team for setting up of new products and brochures in line with the client requirements.

 

  • Keep a track of client feedbacks.

 

 

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: customer acquisition, manage day to day operations Work (Sales).

 

 

Specific Skill Set: Good communication skills, Proficient in MS Office, Have a knack for sales and work in a target-driven role.

 

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: Freshers/ Experience

 

Annual CTC: Fixed + Variable, not a bar for the right candidate

 

Location(s) of Job: Sohna Road, Gurgaon

 

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduation

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday (Shift Bases 10:00 to 6:30 & 12:00 to 8:30 PM)
