Job Title / Designation: Customer Support Executive
- Maintaining monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Coordinate customer query, order confirmation and fulfilment with vendors through telephone and mail.
- Should be able to coordinate and ensure smooth working of teams across various locations. Ensuring quality and positive customer experience through smooth operations
- Coordination with product, marketing, sales and other support departments.
- Involvement into improvising and providing ideas to increase efficiency in processes and deliverables.
- Preparing Reports
- Coordinating with the operations team for setting up of new products and brochures in line with the client requirements.
- Keep a track of client feedbacks.
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: customer acquisition, manage day to day operations Work (Sales).
Specific Skill Set: Good communication skills, Proficient in MS Office, Have a knack for sales and work in a target-driven role.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: Freshers/ Experience
Annual CTC: Fixed + Variable, not a bar for the right candidate
